Erbario Toscano Black Pepper Luxury Home Fragrance Diffuser

We were very excited about this product,, because I had smelled it in Italy where we stayed., so we ordered it for our retail store. Unfortunately it broke when it arrived, the box were soaking wet and glass were shattered at the bottom , the top was broke off , we bought the 3L , cost $700 plus , we tried to claim to the company, but they first blamed us broke it, because we didn’t take the picture while it was happening, or had happened . Honestly, it had happened so fast, and we were speechless and shocked and it was massy and the smell was so strong , it’s not a bad smell, but it all came out so fast, it burns our eyes a bit, anyone witnessed it will tell you it’s not a good scene and smell way too strong all at once . We are hoping a credit and try again , maybe not with such big bottle, but it all depends on how the company can help to resolve this .

We were spending a couple nights in viareggio for the last day of carnival…and the beginning of Covid…in the lobby they had the large diffuser… it smelled like Italy...
